A new faculty openingThe Computer Science Department at the University of Illinois at Springfield (UIS) invites applications for a beginning assistant professor, tenure track position to begin January 2008. Please note that a Ph.D. in Computer Science or closely related field is required at the time of hire. The position involves graduate and undergraduate teaching, supervising student research, and continuing your research. Many of our classes are taught online. All areas of expertise will be considered. Review of applications will begin October 1, 2007 and continue until the position is filled or the search is terminated.
