Emphasis on Systems Security and Information Assurance

The Department of Computer Science offers an Emphasis on Systems Security and Information Assurance. The core requirements are:

CSC 368 Systems Programming Languages
CSC 438 S.S.& I.A. Capstone

In addition, students must complete 12 hours in Systems Security and Information Assurance Electives and take one class in networking, such as CSC 421 Introduction to Computer Networks or CSC 463 Introduction to Distributed Computing.
